Refund policy

All sales are final. Returns will only be accepted in cases of verified allergic reaction, as determined at our discretion upon review of supporting evidence. Face Plant Esthetics + Wellness reserves the right to refuse or limit future return if it is determined that the return policy has been misused or abused. All determinations regarding returns and eligibility are made solely by Face Plant Esthetics +Wellness.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Products purchased using our partner portals that wish to be returned must be returned to our partners.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@faceplantesthetics.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 845 S 220 E Orem, UT 84058.

If you request a return, you will be responsible for all shipping costs for the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
