Thank you for shopping with Face Plant Esthetics + Wellness. Each order is packed with intention and care to ensure your products arrive safely and in optimal condition.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Please note: 

  • Processing times may be extended during launches, sales events, holidays, or high-volume periods.
  • Some items may require additional time depending on stock availability. 
  • You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

We appreciate your patience--we are a small business, and we carefully package each order by hand.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines vary depending on carrier and destination. Once your order leaves our facility, delivery time is determined by the shipping carrier.

Face Plant Esthetics + Wellness is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control. 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.

Face Plant Esthetics + Wellness is not liable for:

  • Packages lost in transit
  • Packages marked as delivered but not received
  • Damage occurring during transit

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and product immediately.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
  3. Email us at hello@faceplantesthetics.com within 48 hours so we can assist in providing any documentation needed.

We will always do our best to help guide you through the claim process.

Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item, please email us within 3 business days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item received

We will promptly correct any fulfillment errors on our end.

Temperature & Product Integrity Disclaimer

Some of the products we carry are clinical-grade and temperature sensitive, including but not limited to:

  • Growth factors
  • Exosome serums
  • Peptides
  • Active ingredients

While we package products we carry carefully, Face Plant Esthetics + Wellness is not responsible for product degradation, separation, or changes in texture due to heat, cold exposure, or transit conditions once the package leaves our facility. 

If you live in an area with extreme temperatures, we recommend:

  • Choosing expedited shipping
  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the package
  • Avoid leaving products in mailboxes or on porches

We are unable to replace products affected by weather exposure after delivery.

Pre-Order & Backordered Items

If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item:

  • Your order may ship once all items are available.
  • Processing times may be extended.
  • Estimated ship dates are not guaranteed.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees
  • Duties
  • Import taxes

Face Plant Esthetics + Wellness is not responsible for customs delays or fees.
